consider as similar words --> Rightnow CX, RNCX and Oracle service cloud

step 1 :

we should have one oracle service cloud instance and  RNCX Desktop Agent Installation URL to install.

URL syntax : 

https://<host_name>/cgi-bin/<interface>.cfg/php/admin/launch.php

URL is unique for each service cloud instance.

This is the install link for local client (small java for enhanced agent performance – nothing is stored locally)

step 2 :

paste the above URL in internet explorer.

step 3 :

click install button as shown in below pic.

step 4 :

 will take few minits to load

step 5 :
pop up will display on screen with client interface name.

step 6 :
provide proper user and password of RNCX.
Select "Remember Me" check box.

step 7 :

Now we can see Rightnow CX desktop agent.
